Tali Litvak Kor
Founder / Owner
Tali is an entrepreneur who believes hiring for the clients creates a genuine partnership between the businesses and her team, with a huge track record of success.
Tali brings more than 13 years of experience hiring for large organizations, global corporations, small businesses both in an agency and HR team capacity. She specializes in assisting a variety of businesses to identify and develop their best strategies for candidate sourcing, engagement top practices, pro-active talent pool expansion and selection best processes.
With a natural curiosity and resourcefulness, Tali applies innovative tactics that result in the delivery of the most specialized, hard-to-find professional; This includes identifying talent by utilizing research techniques, social networks, and online tools to attract non-active job seekers for difficult to fill roles, locally, nationally and globally.
Tali holds a Master’s degree in Sociology of Organizations and is a Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR) and Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), and currently working on her Leadership and Inclusion Certificate at Centennial College.
In her spare time, Tali enjoys spending time with her family, frequent visits to the gym and traveling globally as much as possible.
Dana Berger
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Dana brings curiosity, adaptability, and a strong interest in people, technology, and the processes that help teams work effectively.
Her previous experience as a research assistant, where she explored the use of AI and strengthened her skills in research, collaboration, and emerging technologies, sparked an ongoing interest in how technology can support better ways of working and connecting with people.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with Career Mind Consulting, Dana supports recruitment research, candidate sourcing and outreach, scheduling, talent coordination, and other activities that help keep the hiring process organized and moving forward. She is building hands-on experience across different roles, industries, and client environments while developing her skills in recruitment, candidate engagement, and talent acquisition.
Dana is excited to keep learning, take on new challenges, and help create a positive experience for both candidates and the hiring leaders and teams Career Mind Consulting supports.
Outside of work, Dana enjoys hiking, travelling, and nature photography. She especially enjoys exploring Ontario’s small towns, discovering new places, and capturing the landscapes along the way.
